* Co-Chair of AOHC, Strategic Planning Committee, Finance Committee and Committee on Policy, Procedures, and Public Positions, Racism Work Group
* Authored ACOEM guidelines with the use contact lens in the workplace, OEM competencies, Functional Status papers
* Authored the ACOEM Practice Guidelines with MDGuidelines for the chapter on the Eye
* Delegate for ACOEM to the American Medical Association
* Founder of Health Informatics Section
